The Accompete of Elizabeth Tritten, widow. and administratrix of all and singuler the goodes and chattells of William Tritten - late whilst hee lived of the parish of Stodmarsh [the bit on the left now inserted - I think] in the Countye of Kent decde: by her made and taken the eleventh day of the month of October Anno Doni 1631 whilst he lived. Since his death have come to the handes and possession of this Accomptant by power and virtue of.. of Administration through to her in that behalfe lawfully committed as followeth viz:
First this Accomptant and Adminstratrix cloth charge doth charge herselfe with all and singular the goods, cattells and chattells as late were the said deceased his whilst he lived and since his death have come to the handes and possession of this Accomptant, all which said goods, cattells and chattells are conteyned and specified in an inventory thereof made and hereunto annexed, and the former beeing by?? and ?'? sound and indifferent by apprized. ?? in the whole extend and amount unto the summe of ... ... £13. 9s. 4d. Whereof this accomptant humbly praieth to be allowed all such sumes of money other hath were fairly paid and laid out or is tyed for to payn and lay put in and about the adminstration of the said deceadsts good, cattells and chattells and paiment of?????? other sureties whereof the ????? dcd hereunder follow and owes viz:
Imprimis paid laid out by this accumptant and Adminstratrix to ???? onies for watching with the said deceased in the time of his sickness.
Item laid out by this accomputant for honey and wine and ???salletoyle and for ??spire, spent in the time of the sickness of the said deceased the summe of
Item paid by this Accomptant for the coffin to interne the corpes of the said deceased the summe of
Item spent at the buriall of the said deceased for three ??tobites of wheate, for beare, and for meale and other ordinary charges about the said funerall the summe of
Item paid to the preacher for the sermon made at the buriall of the said deceased and for all other his duties hereabouts the summe of
Item paid to the Clarke for his duty thereabout the summe of
Item paid to William Jode of the parish of Wickhambrux for the debte owing unto him the the said deceased at the time of his death the summe of
Item paid to Daniell Cocke and ?'?Edwarde Coeke (crossed out) ?? for debts due and owing unto them by the said deceased at the time of this death the summe of
Item for the ?? of???? taken after the said deceased's goods for the obligation thereupon had and taken as after for ............... the.... of the said deceased goods in the ?'?'?? fee and all ordinary and more ??? charges of Court thereabouts the sum of
Item for drawing this accompte in forme to exhibite unto the Courte for the ????? fee to see the same and to obtaine the admission there?? ?? ?????? '????? thereupon had granted Judges seale of office limit?? of?? extraordinmary?? and all ordinary and ?'?'?? charges of Courte thereabouts in all the summe
Sume totall of all the said paimentes and allowances etc.
??????????? that this Accomptant and Adminstration afforesaid hath well and truly admin the goods and chattells of the said deceased and that ?????? of ?9 999 ?? hath yet ??? in her handes to be limitted and allotted by the Judges of this Courte the sume of
11th Octpber 1631 Before Master James Bissell, clerk substitute, on hehalf of James Rufforth, notary public and accountant. The accountant aforesaid paid the aforesaid (sums) and gave account together with an oath etc in the register as true etc and moreover he swore an oath to etc and then acceded to his petition produced the said oath and account which etc and to him as far as etc and thus the account etc half etc and saving the right etc and before the assigned suyms at the foot of the account aforesaid remaining in the following portions: namely
to Robert Tritten brother of the said deceased sum 12d to Henry Tritten brother of the said deceased sum 12d to Thomas Tritten brother of the said deceased sum 12d to Mary Tritten sister of the said deceased sum 12d
